hi all, new to site and have been doing car bootys as a buyer for past couple of months.have joined this site as so angry at my experience
at the  wednesday car booty at brookfield eastleigh.after queuing in traffic and paying my fee,( no problem so far) buyers are then herded
at the gate until 10am. as it clearly states buying starts at 10am while waiting at gate there is a lot of talk about the number of people
walking around the stalls from 9.30 am (i took no notice).after walking the whole site at the very end i came across a trader  dealing in the
same items that i am interested in and he had purchased all items from other stalls  that was connected with what he was selling while
the buyers where held at the gate. what a let down for the buyers who went and payed thinking they were having a fair chance of getting a
bargain but in fact traders are allowed to cherry pick. would be grateful for other peoples views on this matter. update went to same car boot
yesterday with a seller got there at 10 to nine and was shocked to see that even then there was at least 50 people already buying and a lot of
these were traders and some i noticed are regulars let in early while other buyers are kept at gate and not let in until 10 o'clock how unfair
and what a rip of definitely a boot sale to give a wide berth to until they change their policy  and make it fair for all

its a real shame , because its a well run boot sale in all other aspects my impression was that as i was only one person it doesn't matter
and will not change things as long as they get there money.i certainly will not go there again. and nor will my friends,will in future go to
bursledon car boot sale where every one is equal .and everyone has equal chance of getting bargain not just traders otherwise whats the point
 in going                                    >:(i would be intereasted to hear other peoples views on this matter

I am looking into adding a star rating feature for boot sales in the future.

This should help give an unbiased opinion on how good a perticular boot sale is.

I perticular dilike boots that also have market traders and haphazardly add booters in between the market so you have to walk past the market stalls.

Again I vote with my feet and dont attend these type of boots.
